1. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the checkout information supplied is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restrictions or another legitimate operational reason.

2. Product Information

We aim to present baking products accurately. Reasonable differences in appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing variation or similar factors.

3. Prices & Charges

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, taxes where applicable and the final order total are displayed at checkout before an order is submitted.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are presented at checkout. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, processing may require up to 5 business days.

6. Shipping

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Depending on inventory availability, product location and destination, orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor an eligible cancellation request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, contact customer support with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

The circumstances will be reviewed and an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution will be provided.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions or other conditions displayed with the applicable promotion.

11. Errors & Availability

Genuine pricing, product-description, inventory or technical errors may be corrected when identified.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, an appropriate explanation and available resolution will be provided.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
